Illinois Valley Community College honored its retired faculty and administrators by awarding emeritus status at the latest Board of Trustees meeting. The college continues to prioritize student well-being, as trustees approved initiatives aimed at broadening access to mental health services. A new milestone was also shared: the campus pantry recorded its highest number of visits, highlighting increased reliance on support services. Additionally, positive trends were reported in student enrollment and credit hours, reflecting growing interest and engagement within the college community. These updates showcase the institution’s ongoing commitment to both academic achievement and student support.
