Black Hawk College East Campus hosted a spooktacular Trick-or-Treat Trail on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, drawing a crowd of around 3,000 people. Nearly a thousand children collected treats along the trail, receiving a staggering 22,500 pieces of candy as well as 8,000 non-candy goodies. The event was possible thanks to a dedicated team of over 50 student volunteers, with additional support from more than 50 faculty members, staff, and their families. Organizers begin planning the festive event as early as July, ensuring a safe and memorable Halloween experience for the community every year. Visit here for more information on Black Hawk College.
