Patchy’s Red, White & Blue Christmas Toy Drive is still in need of community support as the Angel Tree at Kewanee Wal-Mart remains filled with wish tags. Organizers are encouraging donors to pick up an outfit and a toy for local children—or just an outfit if that’s easier. Gift cards valued at $10 to fast food restaurants are also in high demand, especially for the 170 teens participating this year, aiming to include a couple in each care package. Fulfilled Angel Tags are due by December 12, 2025. You can drop the gifts and tags at the Kewanee Salvation Army or the Amber Patch-Troxell Farmer’s Insurance Agency.
