The Kewanee Salvation Army’s Angel Tree gift pickup begins Thursday, December 18th, at 10 AM. The Kewanee Salvation is located at 119 N. Tremont Street and is open from 10 AM to 5 PM. Families who registered for the program can collect their gifts at the Salvation Army location on Tremont Street. Volunteers have spent weeks organizing and sorting donations, ensuring every child receives a selection of presents. The Angel Tree program aims to brighten the holidays for local children and families experiencing hardship and is a partnership between the Kewanee Salvation Army and Patchy’s Red, White, and Blue Toy Drive.
All Angel Tree Tags are due back by Friday, December 12th. If you are unable to shop for the tags, contact Amber Patch-Troxell on Facebook or call 309-851-0430 for assistance.
