Students at Wethersfield are making a difference this holiday season as the Key Club and Builders Club team up for a community food drive to support the Kewanee Good Fellow Christmas Baskets. Running through December 17th, the effort seeks donations of nonperishable food items at various classroom locations. All collected goods will benefit the Goodfellow’s food baskets program, providing vital support to families experiencing food insecurity. Organizers hope to boost participation by fostering a spirited competition among grade levels, challenging each group to gather the most donations. Community members are invited to drop off items at specified classrooms and play a role in supporting local families in need.
