Residents of Kewanee, take note of important changes to city services during the holiday season. There will be no city council meeting on Monday, December 22. City offices, along with the Transfer Station, will be closed on December 24th and 25th. LRS services are suspended on Christmas Day, moving Thursday’s trash and recycling collection to Friday, December 26th. The same schedule shift applies for New Year’s Day next Thursday.
