The Visitation 8th Grade Boys Basketball team is set to compete for the state championship today, Thursday, February 12th. Excitement is building as the community prepares to show its support. Fans are encouraged to line Central Blvd. and Main Street to cheer the team on as they leave town at 4 PM with a police escort, courtesy of generous local donors who have provided a charter bus for the boys and their families. The championship game tips off at 7:30 PM at Warrensburg-Latham High School. Tickets are available online for $8 or at the door for $2 more. The bus will leave Visitation School at 4 PM on Central Blvd and go south on Main Street and then south out of town.
