Spring Wellness and Social Connection Classes Offered at Illinois Valley Community College

Illinois Valley Community College is offering a fresh lineup of spring classes aimed at building connections and improving personal wellness. “Find Your People” helps newcomers and those seeking new friends break the ice with guided conversations and networking activities. Taught by Kim Koehler, sessions take place February 12 and March 26, with a $35 fee. Jamie Stuart Taylor’s “Going from Good to Great!” focuses on recognizing stress and mastering wellness strategies, scheduled for March 24 at $49. A one-day class titled “Going from Good to Great!” is set for March 24 on the main campus, led by licensed clinical social worker Jamie Stuart Taylor. The class aims to empower attendees with effective mindset shifts and holistic tools for everyday life.
