The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is now accepting applications for temporary instructors to lead the 2026 Urban Fishing Program. These seasonal roles involve teaching fishing skills and conservation practices at clinics throughout several counties in Illinois. The initiative aims to connect communities with outdoor recreation and promote environmental stewardship. Candidates with a passion for education and the outdoors are encouraged to apply by March 9, 2026.
