The City of Geneseo has announced 2026 spring and fall dates for its yard waste disposal site. Refuse customers can bring sticks, tree limbs, shrub trimmings, and leaves to the site on Rons Hill Road. The disposal site will be open from 8 AM to noon on select Saturdays, including March 21, April 18, and May 9, for spring, with additional fall dates of September 26, October 10, October 24, November 7, November 21, and December 5. Residents must present a photo ID or a utility bill showing their Geneseo address to the gate attendant.
Accepted materials include sticks, tree limbs, shrub trimmings, and leaves—both bagged in brown kraft bags or loose. Remember, limbs should be cut to five feet or shorter. Grass clippings are not accepted.
