Wings Academy is set to benefit from a generous act of community support, as the Bradford Beta Sigma Phi recently presented a $500 donation to help develop a sensory room at the school. Molly Goodman, a school social worker with the Henry and Stark Counties Special Education District, spoke with Bradford’s Beta Sigma Phi about the academy’s mission and its positive influence on area students. That initial contribution was matched by another group member in memory of Teresa Carlton, a beloved Beta member, bringing the total donation to $1,000. School social worker Molly Goodman expressed deep appreciation for the support, highlighting the positive difference the sensory room will make for students. This space is expected to provide comfort, resources, and therapeutic support for children in need at Wings Academy. The community’s generosity continues to make an impact.
