In Dahinda, Illinois, Blaine A. McKinney, age 34, has been arrested by Knox County Sheriff’s Office detectives. McKinney faces charges of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child as part of an ongoing investigation. He was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held without pretrial release at the Knox County Jail.
