Dixon Police Final Report on River Recovery
On April 24th, the Dixon Police Department was contacted in reference to a deceased body located in the Rock River near Sterling, Illinois. Dixon Police Department detectives confirmed it was the body of the missing person, London Thomas.
Chief Bivins stated, “It is with deep sadness that we report London Thomas was located deceased. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Thomas’ family. We would like to thank all involved in helping locate Mr. Thomas.”
