TAIPEI, May 22 (Reuters) – Advanced Micro Devices CEO Lisa Su said on Friday in Taipei that the company was asking its partners to ramp up production given strong demand for AI.
AMD is a major customer of TSMC, the world’s largest contract chipmaker.
