Dixon Police Report for June 18th
A male juvenile, age 13, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested for Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer, Disregard a Stop Sign X 2, Operate a Non-Highway Vehicle Without a Driver’s License, Operate an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Vehicle Fail Right-of- Way to an Emergency Vehicle in the 700 block of Madison Avenue on June 18th, at 12:08 a.m. The juvenile was processed and released to his grandmother.
Codi L. Despain, age 21, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of Bonnie Avenue on June 17th, at 7:25 p.m., for two Failure to Appear Warrants out of Lee County. Despain was transported to the Lee County Jail.
A male juvenile, age 17, of Franklin Grove, Illinois, was issued a city ordinance citation in the 100 block of West Chamberlin Street on June 17th, at 8:39 p.m. for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol as a Minor.
Becky S. Willwerth age 67, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 500 block of West Seventh Street on June 18th, at 1:20 AM, for Driving Under the Influcne of Alcohol. Becky was released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
