Keep Riverfront Park Safe
Sterling officials are reminding visitors to keep safety in mind at the new NWSW Riverfront Park. The park has quickly become a popular spot for families, walkers, children, and anyone enjoying time along the river. But city staff say bicycles, golf carts, side-by-sides, and other vehicles have been spotted on the sidewalks. Those paths are intended for pedestrians, strollers, and peaceful foot traffic only.
Riders and drivers are asked to use designated roadways and parking areas instead. The goal is simple: keep Riverfront Park safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
