Kewanee Fire and Police Departments’ Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser at the Prairie Chicken Arts Festival on July 18, 2026

Kewanee firefighters and police are teaming up this Saturday for the annual Guns and Hoses Pancake Breakfast. The event will be held in the Johnson Appliance parking lot from 7 to 11 AM, helping kick off Saturday morning the right way at the Kewanee Prairie Chicken Arts Festival. For $10, guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast while supporting local first responders. Kewanee Firefighters Local 513 says the community is invited to stop by, grab breakfast, and spend time with members of the fire and police departments. Organizers say they hope to see a strong turnout Saturday morning.
