The reopening of the Cape May Kiwanis Park will now be held Saturday December 17th due to rainy conditions last Sunday. The ceremony at the park on Madison Avenue will happen at 3 p.m. and Santa will be there.
The city received a small cities grant last year which was used to make the park and playground compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which, among other things, made park access and attractions handicapped-accessible and added six parking spaces.
