Jacob Boss: The Defense is working on an offer with the State and they are close to an agreement. This is the last continuance. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 28, 2024, at 9 AM.  Jacob Boss is charged with Criminal Damage to Property <$500 (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2024CM11, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF198, Theft <500 from a School/Government (Class 2 Felony) for case 2023CF336, Retail Theft <300 (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CM26, Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor), No Valid Registration (Class P Other), Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle (Class P Other), Improper Lane Usage (Class P Other) and No Headlights (Class P Other) for case 2023MT770, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle for case 2023TR1174, Operate Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Valid Registration for case 2023TR1941, Expired Registration, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Seatbelt by Driver for case 2023TR2422.

Justin Kirchner:  Justin Kirchner remains in the custody of the Henry County Jail. The Defense sent a counteroffer to the State. A 402 conference is scheduled for April 29, 2024, at 11 AM. Kirchner is charged with two counts of Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony) for case 2024CF13, Aggravated DUI causing a Death (Class 2 Felony), DUI Any Amount of Drug (Class A Misdemeanor), plus traffic tickets for case 2022CF301, Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Driving on Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor), plus traffic citations for case 2023CF92, Driving on a Suspended License (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023MT28, and Aggravated Fleeing/21 MPH Over (Class 4 Felony), Aggravated Fleeing/2+ Control Devices (Class 4 Felony) and Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF238.

Khaji Bradley: Khaji Bradley accepted a plea and will be released today. Kjaji Bradley admitted to violating his probation. The deal adds anger management to the original plea. He received 180 days in jail, with day-for-day credit, and credit for time served.  Bradley must still attend a domestic battery class and comply with the mental health evaluation recommendation. Khaji Bradley was originally charged with Domestic Battery/Harm (Class 4 Felony) and Domestic Battery/Contact (Class 4 Felony).

Francisco Morales:  Francisco Morales appeared self-represented with an interpreter by Zoom.  The public defender was appointed.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for May 13, 2024, at 1 PM. Mr. Morales said he started a new job in Pennsylvania and requested his case be moved to Pennsylvania.  Mr. Morales is not allowed to live outside Illinois. A warrant was issued for his arrest in 2023 when he failed to appear at his Preliminary Hearing because he was stuck in the airport. Morales is charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (Class 2 Felony) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor).

Tyler Snider: Tyler Snider waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment.  According to court documents, Snider used Snapchat to solicit a child under 18 years of age for nude pictures. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for May 16, 2024, at 1 PM.  Tyler Snider is charged with Grooming (Class 4 Felony).
