Donate to Abilities Plus through the 2026 Birdies for Charity campaign through July 1, 2026

Birdies for Charity 2026 is underway, and Abilities Plus is once again taking part. The program directs 100% of donations, plus at least a 5% bonus, straight to Abilities Plus, supporting services for individuals with disabilities in the community. Donors also have a chance to win a two-year lease on a 2026 Lexus. To give online, use Bird Number 853 at birdiesforcharity.com/donate. The donation deadline is July 1st. Organizers say every contribution, large or small, helps expand support, opportunities, and resources for people served by Abilities Plus.

Birdies for Charity continues to turn golf into community support through the John Deere Classic in the Quad Cities. The program lets donors give directly to participating nonprofits, with every designated charity receiving 100% of the donation, plus a bonus match from the Birdies for Charity Bonus Fund. Donors can also enter the Birdies Guess Contest by predicting how many birdies will be made during tournament play. Since its launch in 1971, the John Deere Classic’s charity efforts have raised hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations across Illinois and Iowa, supporting food pantries, youth programs, schools, libraries, health services, and local community projects.
