Henry and Stark County Health Department “12 Communities, 12 Months” May Outreach Event in Galva

Residents of Galva and surrounding areas are invited to a special health outreach display on Friday, May 22nd, from 9 to 11 AM, hosted by the Henry and Stark County Health Departments along with First Choice Healthcare Clinics. The event takes place at Special Kneads Bakery, offering free blood pressure checks, medication disposal, health information, and giveaways. Attendees can also receive advice from a Get Covered Illinois Insurance Navigator. This initiative is part of the “12 Communities, 12 Months” campaign, aiming to connect residents with local health resources.
