April 6
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a subject that appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Officer was dispatched to check the welfare of a resident that activated a medical pennant alarm on SE 6 th Ave. Officer located the patient, who advised it was an accidental activation.
While patrolling, officer located a utility wire down across the roadway in the 100 block of Main Street. It was found to be a cable wire and was removed.
Officer assisted Henry Co with a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Center Ave.

April 7
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a subject that appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NW 4 th Street for a complaint involving criminal trespass to residence.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a disorderly conduct complaint.
Officer was again dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a subject that appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
While patrolling, officer located a motorist that had locked themselves out of their vehicle in a delivery truck in the 700 block of NW 5 th Street. Tarletons were contacted and were able to gain access to the vehicle and retrieve the keys.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 6 th Ave for a loud noise complaint involving a contractor doing work late at night.
Officer was dispatched to the east edge of town after Henry Co initiated a vehicle pursuit on Route 34 near Route 78. The pursuit headed further east into Stark Co, where an arrest was ultimately made.

April 8
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Commercial Street for an activated fire alarm. Officer determined a resident burnt some food and no actual fire was present.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a subject that appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Officer was again dispatched to the 700 block of NW 4 th Street to assist a subject that appeared to be suffering from a mental health crisis.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SE 6 th Ave to assist the Galva Water Dept with speaking to a sewer contractor working without a city permit.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a verbal disturbance complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of East Division Street for a dog bite complaint. As the result, Doroteo Duarte, 34, Galva, was issued an AWT (administrative warning ticket) for failure to obtain a valid rabies inoculation.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a suspicious person complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of SW 1 st Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint.

April 9
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a verbal domestic disturbance.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of North Center Ave to complete two low speed vehicle inspections.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of SE 2 nd Street for a complaint involving harassment / disorderly conduct.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 6 th Ave for a stalking / trespassing complaint. A suspect was served a written banning notice.

April 10
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of West Division Street for a physical altercation in the yard involving three subjects. The subjects were located and refused to prosecute.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SE 2 nd Street to check the welfare of a subject. They were fine.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of SW 4 th Street for a loose dog complaint. The owner was able to capture the dog and take it home.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of SW 5 th Street for a loose dog complaint. It was returned to it’s owner, who lives nearby.

April 11
Officer was dispatched to the north edge of town for a reckless driver complaint. Officer located the suspect vehicle, but did not observe any violations to justify a traffic stop.
While patrolling, officer located a disabled vehicle just east of town on Route 34. The owner had assistance enroute to assist them.
Officer was notified about a suicidal subject that had Galva connections. Several addresses were checked, but the suspect was not located.

April 12
Officer spoke to a subject by telephone in reference to a harassment / disorderly conduct complaint.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Center Ave, Averyl Stevenson, 28, Galva, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a verbal disturbance.
Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of SE 2 nd Street for a pedestrian that was not acting normally near the roadway. It was determined to be a medical incident. Stark Co Medic responded and transported subject for treatment / evaluation.
Officer was dispatched to the east edge of town to remove a deer carcass and vehicle parts from the roadway.

Jaylon Foster, 23, Moline, was issued a citation for speeding in the 900 block of North Center Ave.

Evelina Barber, 27, Galesburg, was issued a citation for speeding in the 1100 block of SE 2 nd Street.
