Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NE 2 nd Street to assist the Henry Co Housing Authority to retrieve property owned by them.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 3 rd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.

February 4
Officer was dispatched to the north edge of Galva to remove a deer carcass from the roadway.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a motorist assist for a subject that had locked their keys in the car. Tarletons was contacted and was able to unlock it.
Officer met with a subject at the Galva PD to retrieve a freedom of information act request form.
Officer spoke to a subject by telephone about a child custody dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of Wallace Street to assist court services with a compliance check.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SE 2 nd Street for a suicidal subject that was making threats of self-harm. Subject was transported by ambulance for evaluation / treatment.
Officer was dispatched to the east edge of town to attempt to locate a semi truck that was losing part of it’s load.
February 5
While patrolling, officer recognized a subject walking downtown that had a warrant. After confirming the information through LEADS, officer stopped the subject in the 300 block of Market Street. As the result, Jason Sherbeyn, 49, Kewanee, was arrested on a LaSalle Co warrant for failing to appear on the charge of retail theft. He was transported to the Henry Co Jail.
Officer was dispatched to Sentry Estates for a welfare check on a resident. The subject was located with no signs of life. The coroner was contacted and responded.
Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of SE 2 nd Street for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. Officer was not able to locate anyone needing assistance.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4 th Street for a verbal disturbance and ongoing harassment complaint.
Officer, along with Stark Co Medic, were dispatched to a medical emergency on SE 3 rd Street involving an infant being unresponsive.
While patrolling, officer located items obstructing the roadway near the intersection of NW 6 th Street and NW 8 th Ave. The items were removed.

Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 1 st Street for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. It was determined to be a child playing with a phone.
Officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of NW 7 th Ave for an attempted scam complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2 nd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. Officer was not able to locate anyone needing assistance.
