The number of identified child victims of human trafficking worldwide has surged by 31% between 2019 and 2022, highlighting a growing crisis. In response, the Center for Prevention of Abuse is offering a specialized training session called Human Trafficking 101: An Introductory Training for Educators on April 21, 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. This webinar course aims to equip educators with essential knowledge on recognizing forms of trafficking, understanding traffickers’ methods, spotting warning signs, and comprehending the profound impact on children, families, and communities.
