Isabelle Vargas has been re-elected to a second term as Lieutenant Governor of Division 17, marking a significant achievement for the young leader in the Kewanee High School Key Club. Having contributed to the convention planning committee, Isabelle played multiple critical roles in ensuring the event’s smooth operation. Her public speaking skills were on full display as she led a session titled “How to: Committees,” offering practical guidance to fellow attendees. In recognition of her dedication and hard work, Isabelle was honored with the Robert F. Lucas Outstanding LTG award for her service in the 2025-2026 year, highlighting her commitment and leadership within Division 17.
