Kewanee Area United Way grant applications are open to Henry and Stark County nonprofits
Nonprofits in Henry and Stark Counties should mark their calendars for the Kewanee Area United Way’s 2027 grant cycle. Applications open June 22nd and are due by July 13th, 2026. Eligible applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations with programs focused on education, financial stability, physical and mental health, or community resiliency. Applications will be accepted only through the Kewanee Area United Way website, with instructions posted under “Resources” beginning June 22nd, 2026. Prior grant awards do not guarantee future funding, as decisions will be based on projected community need, funding changes, and current-year donations. The Board reviews applications in August, with notifications in September and grant amounts announced in mid-December. Questions can be emailed to [email protected].
