The 42nd Annual Hardcore 5K: Run Your Ice Off, is set to take place on Sunday, December 31st, and it’s more than time to get registered and participate. The run will begin at The Flemish American Club at 1 PM. To register, go to GetMeRegistered.com at this link. If you register by December 27th, at a cost of $35.00, you will get a Hardcore 5K Custom Sweatshirt. Mark Mikenas of the Kewanee Chamber of Commerce states: “As always homemade chili and pork sandwiches will be served after the race for all participants. The Hardcore features great door prizes, generous age group awards and a high quality printed commemorative sweatshirt.”
