Mr. Finin pleaded guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced to 24 months of probation, a $1,000 fine, assessments, alcohol evaluation and treatment, credit for 64 days served, and no contact with the victims listed in the order. According to court documents, Mr. Finin walked up behind a woman as she was taking the trash to the curb and grabbed her on March 14, 2021.
