Kewanee Rotary is once again stepping up for local children, presenting a $1,000 check to the Kewanee Area United Way for the “Shoes for Kids” Project. This marks the third year of their partnership, supporting students in the Kewanee, Wethersfield, and Galva school districts. Thanks to this generous donation, up to 300 pairs of new shoes are expected to reach children from Pre-K through 8th grade. The ongoing commitment from Kewanee Rotary not only addresses a vital need but also highlights the power of local organizations working together for the well-being of area students.
