Lewistown Search Warrant Leads To Two Meth Arrests

LEWISTOWN, IL – A joint search warrant by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Illinois Special Response Team (WCISRT) resulted in the arrest of two late Friday evening.

According to a press release issued by Fulton County Sheriff Lieutenant Chris Ford, the Sheriff’s Office and WCISRT served a search warrant in the 600 block of West Avenue E in Lewistown last night. At the time of the search warrant was served, two individuals, Frankie D. Tennison, 52, and Madison Hallmark, 27, were found in the home and taken into custody.

Tennison was arrested and charged with Manufacture/Delivery and Possession of Methamphetamine 100 grams or more, both Class X felonies, as well as a misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hallmark was charged with felony Possession of Methamphetamine, as well as a Fulton County warrant.

These arrests have been noted as part of an extensive investigation conducted over several months, which is still ongoing with more arrests expected.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
