Orion Manufacturer Lands Contract with Case New Holland to Produce Combine Parts

SHARE NOW

A manufacturer in Orion has won a contract to produce augers and flights for a new series of next-generation combines with Case New Holland, which will bring 13 new full-time jobs and $10 million in company revenue to the area. Uniflyte is partnering with BankORION and the Henry County Board to help fund the project. The Henry County Board recently approved a $100,000 loan from the Rural Revolving Loan Fund, which will allow Uniflyte to expand production and result in additional high-quality jobs in Henry County. Uniflyte will add a new flight manufacturing machine to handle the new production and hire a General Manager, a Controller, additional welders, and other employees.

The Henry County Rural Revolving Loan Fund Program (RRLF) operates two separate funds. It has made 95 loans totaling $6.1 million from our legacy fund and 34 loans totaling $1.2 million from our economic development fund, which have in return created and retained a combined 1,484 jobs in the Henry County workforce. The RRLF funds are available to any new or existing business within Henry County. For more information on the Henry County RRLF programs, contact Jim Kelly, Henry County Economic Development Director and RRLF Loan Administrator, at the Henry County Courthouse at 309-937-3410.
