Sergeant-at-Arms Jerry Brearton presented the flag to Nancy Usterbowski, the widow of Dale Usterbowski during his Celebration of Life. Dale was the Commander of the American Legion Post 328 in Morrison IL for eight years.
The Honor Guard stood at Present Arms during the flag presentation awaiting to fire three volleys, followed by the playing of taps by Carolyn Aiken.
