The Dixon Police Department is actively pursuing individuals within the community involved in illegal drug sales. The department continues to be aggressive in its enforcement and arrested Jeremiah M. Miller on June 9th, for multiple felony drug charges.
The Dixon Police Department began a drug investigation several months ago. Miller was identified as the individual selling methamphetamine. Subsequent to a comprehensive investigation, Miller was taken into custody and was transported to the Dixon Police Department. Miller was charged with following: Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, (5-15 grams) a Class 1 Felony. Two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, (less than 5 grams) a Class 2 Felony.
Miller was processed and released with a court date pursuant to the Illinois SAFE- T Act.

Callers do not have to leave their names and are eligible for rewards of up to $1000.00 with information leading to an arrest.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
