US Ambulances for Ukraine is preparing its 10th shipment of emergency vehicles to Ukraine, aligning with the two-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion. The eight vehicles include five ambulances, a fire truck, and a wheelchair accessible bus. To date, the group has sent 75 vehicles including ambulances, fire engines, and SUVs, all supporting various Ukrainian entities. Founded by Chris Manson, the organization works closely with the Ukrainian Consulate in Chicago and Ukrainian Resistance Foundation. Their mission remains to alleviate the suffering caused by the war as much as possible, by providing necessary means to rescue and treat those in need.
