Memorial Hospital is pleased to invite community members to participate in community health screenings on Wednesday, August 27, at the Memorial Hospital Health & Wellness Center Conference Room, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050, Carthage, IL 62321.
The cost is $25 per registrant. Attendees will also receive a complimentary breakfast at the hospital’s Courtyard Café following their screening. This event will provide valuable preventive health services, including: A1c Testing, Lipid Panel, Body Composition Analysis (Tanita Scale), Vision Screening, Hearing Screenings.
Participants are encouraged to fast for 10–12 hours prior to testing to ensure accurate results. Appointments are limited — only two (2) openings per session are available between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
