Laura L. Mills, age 41, of Rock Falls, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of 4th Avenue on February 14th, at 10:28 p.m., on a Stephenson County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a Possession of Methamphetamine charge.
Mills was additionally charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Mills was cited and given a Notice toAppear on local charges and transported to the Lee County Jail for the Stephenson County Warrant.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
