Sterling Police arrested three residents. Logan Flatt, age 33, was detained under a Whiteside County Warrant for violating probation. Collin M Kyarsgaard, age 19, and Daniel Serenil, age 23, have been charged with criminal trespass to property on the 100 block of Avenue K.
All defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
