Sterling Police have arrested Paulino Garcia following a 911 call from the 1200 block of 6th Avenue. Garcia faces charges of domestic battery and aggravated assault. Another individual, Ashlee Bruce was apprehended during a traffic stop at East 3rd Street and 1st Avenue on outstanding warrants from Whiteside, Lee, and Ogle counties. Both were transported to WHCO Jail.
