Kewanee’s varsity boys basketball team delivered a strong performance against IVC, coming out on top with a 67-53 victory. Dayvon Robinson led the way, scoring 17 points, while Griff Hicks followed closely with 16. Chris Crowe added 10 points, and Logan Peed contributed 9. The game was tightly contested, with both teams pushing hard through all four quarters. Kewanee’s determination and teamwork were on display throughout the matchup, as the squad showed resilience against a tough opponent. The coaching staff praised the team’s effort, emphasizing continued progress as the season moves forward. Coach Dayton Ince said, “Battled a really tough squad for 4 quarters.
