St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Bradford, Illinois, is marking its 150th anniversary with a series of free community events. Sponsored by the Bradford Catholic Women, the celebrations start January 17th with an adult trivia night held at the Carmody Centre. Doors open at 5 PM, and trivia begins at 6. Participants can bring their own snacks and drinks, with opportunities to join raffles and purchase mulligans. Guests may bring their own snacks and drinks, with no admission fee required. On January 18th, the community is invited back at 3 PM for a meeting on the future of the Carmody Centre, including a soup and sandwich meal, as supporters come together to keep St. John’s vibrant.
