The Geneseo girls’ wrestling team captured the regional championship, showcasing determination and teamwork on the mat. Standout performances included Lydia King and Annibelle Juarez, who each earned championship titles in their respective weight classes. Also advancing to sectionals in DeKalb are Addie Hadsall, Sophia Urquiza, and Lauren Piquard, each finishing second. Third-place finishes for Gia Wurslin, Ayla Schultz, and Anna Davis round out a strong roster headed for the next round on February 13th and 14th.
