The Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassador Committee marked a new chapter for community wellness with a ribbon-cutting at BALANCE Education & Wellness Services, now operating inside Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center on North Lafayette Street. BALANCE features two programs: Breathe Into Balance Yoga, which offers mindful practices to help children and families build emotional steadiness and confidence, and Water & Stone, which collaborates with schools to enhance social-emotional learning and educator well-being. Leading the effort is Noelle Flynn, an experienced sixth-grade teacher and 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Details are available at freerangeyoga.us.
