Illinois State Police Troop 2 has activated the Emergency Snow Plan regarding accident and/or disabled vehicles. If you are in an accidents without injuries and your vehicle is drivable, exchange information and file a crash report at a later date.

Travel is not advised but If must travel, Illinois law requires that all vehicles that are moveable after a crash must move out of active traffic:
If a damaged vehicle is obstructing traffic lanes, the driver of the vehicle must make every reasonable effort to move the vehicle or have it moved.
