On Friday, January 27th, at approximately 5:00am, the Rock Falls Police Department with assistance from the Illinois State Police and the Blackhawk Area Task Force, served a search warrant at a residence in the 700 block of 14th Avenue in Rock Falls as part of an ongoing investigation of narcotics possession and trafficking.
The search warrant resulted in the arrest of Riley Dzuidzek, age 36, of Rock Falls. Dzuidzek is charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Firearm Ammunition Without a FOID. He was transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
All charges are merely accusations and persons arrested are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
