On Tuesday, February 14th, at approx. 5:45pm at a residence in rural Sterling , Whiteside County Deputies arrested 45 year old Summer S. Cleland on three Warrants out of Volusia County Florida, The Warrant were for- Felony Theft, Unlawful Possession of Cocaine and Unlawful Possession of Schedule II Substance.
These Warrant had NO BOND. Cleland was taken into custody after Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office had been alerted to the location of Cleland, and that she was in Whiteside County possibly trying to avoid arrest in Florida.
The Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office worked with authorities in Florida who issued a Nation Wide Warrants for Cleland for NO BOND. Cleland was taken into custody without incident.
