Rock Falls Police arrested Nickolas A. Fowler in the 600 block of 5th Avenue, Rock Falls, on the morning of Tuesday, April 25th. He was taken into custody without incident. Fowler is charged with one count of Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm. He was transferred to the Whiteside County jail. Investigation of this incident is ongoing and additional charges may be filed.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
