Volunteer and Service Hour opportunities with the 2026 Prairie Chicken Arts Festival

The Prairie Chicken Arts Festival is offering service-hour opportunities on July 13th, starting with hanging student artwork in downtown windows. Volunteers can meet by 10 AM in Good’s parking lot across from CoCo’s. More hours will be available in July as volunteers help hang the art, then take it down after the festival.

During festival events, helpers are needed for a variety of tasks, including assisting kids getting into the fire truck, moving chairs, helping with kids’ crafts at Friday’s dance, and setting up lights, barricades, and signposts.
