Jordan L. Dyson, age 31, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on May 12th, in the 1500 block of Lowell Park Road for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse (2 counts), being a Class 2 Felony.
The Dixon Police Department was notified of the incident on May 12th, and began the criminal investigation. Through the course of the investigation, the Dixon Police Department identified Dyson as the suspect. Later that day, Investigators took Dyson into custody without incident. Dyson was processed and taken to the Lee County Law Enforcement Building where he was held in lieu of bond.
The Dixon Police Department was assisted in this investigation by the Lee County State’s Attorney’s Office, Shining Star Children’s Advocacy Center, and DCFS.

The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
