The Dixon Police Department announces the arrests of Scott O. Vue, age 45, Alexandra M. Moyer, age 27, and Jason B. Manskey, age 50, of Dixon, Illinois on Thursday, January 5th, at approximately 3:30 p.m.
On January 5th, the Dixon Police Department began an investigation involving Vue, a felon, being in possession of a firearm. After further investigation, detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for a home in the 900 block of Sheridan Avenue. During the course of the search warrant, Dixon Police Officers located a firearm and methamphetamine.
Scott Vue was charged with being an Armed Habitual Criminal, a Class X Felony, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, a Class 2 Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition by a Felon, a Class 2 Felony, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID, a Class 3 Felony, and Defacing Identification Marks on a Firearm, a Class 3 Felony.
Alexandra Moyer was charged with Defacing Identification Marks on a Firearm, a Class 3 Felony, and Possession of a Firearm with no FOID, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Jason Manskey was charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 Felony. All three individuals were processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
