Sterling Police
On Friday, January 27th, Daveon H. Lucas age 23 of Rock Falls, was arrested during a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle report in the 800 block of East 2nd street. Charges included: Driving While License Suspended, Obstructing Identification, Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer, Improper Display of Front Plate, Possession of Cannabis, Warrant – Bettendorf, IA Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of a firearm, Warrant- Will County, Possession of Controlled Substance, Warrant – Kendall County Possession of Methamphetamine, Warrant-Whiteside County Driving- While License Suspended. WHCO Warrant – Obstructing Court Order No Valid Registration. Lucas was transported to The Whiteside County Jail.
Dixon Police
Darrius M. Garcia, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of Marclare Street on Saturday, January 28th, at 11:40 p.m. for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Threatening Public Officials of Human Service Providers, Domestic Battery (Subsequent Offense), Domestic Battery. Garcia was processed and transported to Lee County jail.
Roy Harrison JR, age 23, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of Marclare Street on Sunday, January 29, at 5:35 PM., for Domestic Battery Charges. Harrison was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
